Children’s Author Christina Das has always filled her life with books. As a child, she dreamed of writing them, and now, she puts this inspiration into each of her stories. She is the author of five picture books, and has given over 150 performances to children at book festivals, schools, and libraries. Her book “Coo Coo Duckling” was selected as a 2007 KIND Children’s Honor Book by the youth division of the Humane Society of the United States. She also wrote other children’s books, such as: Swinging under the stars, Oomph-pa-pa at the Circus, and The Red Spotted Balloon. She lives in Southern California with her husband and daughter, and a collection of her favorite childhood books.
