2009 Readers' Festival Mr. Mike (Mike Snyder) Mike will be speaking from 11:30-12:30 pm in the Juniper Room

Mr. Mike lives in a little house by the ocean. He likes going places and having lots of fun!
Mr. Mike began writing in elementary school and started writing poetry when he was about 13 years old. As an adult, he worked with a group of kids at an after school program. That's where he got the name "Mr. Mike". The students enjoyed hearing Mr. Mike's poetry and encouraged him to write books...
that's how Swimming in Chocolate, New Pet and Lemon Drop Rain came to be!!!
