Fitness Assessments: Have you ever wondered what your fitness level is and how you compare with others in your age group? Find our by taking a simple fitness test at the Montanoso Recreation and Fitness Center. Participants will receive a personalized results sheet with recommendations to start and maintain a personal fitness program. For more information, please see our Fitness Assessment Flyer. To arrange an appointment, contact Mark Thorndyke at 949-859-4348 ext 5725. The assessment costs $20 and usually takes a half hour to complete.

Core Training Program: Join Dave Malone bright and early for Core Training. Utilizing a specialized approach to core strength conditioning that is suitable for all levels and abilities, Dave will get your morning started the right way. 12 session punchcards are available for a nominal fee and are valid for all of Dave Malone's programs.

R.I.P.P.E.D: R.I.P.P.E.D. is a high energy class that's actually a lifestyle and fitness formula. We've taken the best elements of fitness and rolled them into one class that combines strength, cardio, core and drills to get you fit and lean. Our acronym stands for: Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet and Nutrition. We pack all of that into one class that's musically driven and is truly for every-BODY. Body Sculpt: A conditioning class utilizing muscle groups of both the upper and lower body, using weights, resistance bands and tubing. Floor work and stretching complete the class.
Jazzercise: Aerobic conditioning using fun dance routines and floor work that incorporates optional use of hand and leg weights for toning hips, thighs, abs, and upper arms.
Step-Interval: Basic step with alternating intervals of muscle resistance using weights.
Jazzercise Circuit: A combination of aerobic exercises and strength training with weights, resistance tubes, and stability balls, this jazzercise workout covers all the fitness bases.
Zumba: An infusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves create an interval training session to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. For more information, please see our Zumba Flyer.

Intermediate (Hatha) Yoga: This moderately paced class teaches the classic toga postures through breath and deepened awareness. Yoga trains the mind to remain alert, focused, and composed. Pilates: Exercise regimen that uses special stretches to improve core strength, flexibility, agility and range of motion.
Basic Yoga: These yoga movements help you feel good! Define and improve range of motion, enhance balance, strengthen muscles and bones, soothe ligaments, tendons and joints and develop body/mind connection of how you sit, stand and move about your day. All abilities welcome, a non-competitive class, progress at your own pace.
Turbo Kick- Kick it- Shake it- Love-it! Turbo Kick® gets the party started. With cardio kickboxing and dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes, you'll be measuring your fun in sweat! Tai Chi - Meditation in Motion: Join us for a new 1-hour "Sun Style" Tai Chi class. As one of the easier forms of Tai Chi to learn, this class offers techniques for calming the mind, increasing flexibility, reducing stress, and improving balance & mobility.
