Day Use Fees 

Our facilities are open to residents and non-residents for the following daily fees.

• Adults (14 years and up)                      $8
• Child (3 months to 13 years)               $4

Punch Cards

Punch Cards are sold in both adult and child denominations. Purchase six entries for the price of five. Cards do not expire. 

• Adult Card        (Get 6 punches for the price of 5)            $40
• Child Card        (Get 6 punches for the price of 5)            $20

Three Month Seasonal Pass

Twice a year the City of Mission Viejo makes available for purchases a non-refundable 3 month seasonal pass to allow more people to utilize the Recreation and Fitness Centers during peak times. The pass is good for 90 days from the date of sign up and must be purchased during the advertised time (normally June 1-30th and December 19- January 31st). There is no joining fee and Seniors 55 and older receive a 10% discount on the one time fees. Proof of residency must be provided for Mission Viejo residents in the form of a current utility bill, property tax statement, or Lake Mission Viejo membership bill. If people desire to keep their membership after the 90 days have passed, they will be subject to paying the $50 joining fee and would then need to select a monthly or annual payment plan.

Montanoso/Sierra Monthly Memberships 

For those desiring a year round membership, our monthly memberships are automatically deducted from your bank account or Visa/MasterCard, making the centers incredibly affordable. Monthly memberships are assessed an initiation fee of $50. Seniors 55 and older receive a 10% discount on monthly dues and initiation fees. Proof of residency must be provided for Mission Viejo residents in the form of a current utility bill, property tax statement, or Lake Mission Viejo membership bill.

Montanoso/Sierra Annual Memberships 

Pay for 11 months and get the 12th month for free. Annual memberships allow year round access to our facilities at the cheapest price! Annual memberships are assessed an initiation fee of $50. Seniors 55 and older receive a 10% discount on monthly dues and initiation fees. Proof of residency must be provided for Mission Viejo residents in the form of a current utility bill, property tax statement, or Lake Mission Viejo membership bill.

Combined Recreation and Tennis Memberships

Enjoy tennis? Interested in clinics, leagues, and private lessons? Consider membership to all four City Facilities-Montanoso and Sierra Recreation and Fitness Centers, Felipe Tennis Center, and Marguerite Tennis Center for one low price. Monthly and annual memberships are assessed an initiation fee of $50. Seniors 55 and older receive a 10% discount on monthly dues and initiation fees. Proof of residency must be provided for Mission Viejo residents in the form of a current utility bill, property tax statement, or Lake Mission Viejo membership bill.

Tennis Only Memberships

Valid for play at Felipe Tennis Center and Marguerite Tennis Center only, the tennis only memberships grant access to both our tennis facilities but do not allow access to Montanoso and Sierra Recreation and Fitness centers. Each pass is assessed an initiation fee of $50. Seniors 55 and older receive a 10% discount on monthly dues and initiation fees. Proof of residency must be provided for Mission Viejo residents in the form of a current utility bill, property tax statement, or Lake Mission Viejo membership bill.
