FOURTH OF JULY STREET FAIRE &
Monday, July 4
9:00 pm (Fireworks Spectacular)
Olympiad Road between Marguerite Parkway and Melinda Road
The Mission Viejo Activities Committee celebrates America’s Birthday each year with a patriotic, safe and fun-filled 4th of July Street Faire and Fireworks Spectacular including food and game booths operated by local service organizations, crafters, merchandise plus a variety of bands.
Local clubs and organizations have been contracted to set up booths for food, drink and games. These booths act as fund raisers for the participating organizations and help make the Faire more enticing to visitors.
Free entertainment includes music, dance and comedy for the enjoyment of children and adults alike, with performers drawn from local talent as well as professionals from outside the area. As would be expected for a Fourth of July Faire, the event climaxes at dusk with a spectacular fireworks display.
A free shuttle operates from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. surrounding Lake Mission Viejo.
The Mission Viejo Activities Committee is a group of volunteers who coordinate this and other family events in our city. If you and your family would like to volunteer for future events or for more information, please call (949) 830-7066 or visit their website at www.mvactivities.com.
