4:00 pm / Prelude in the Park & Musical Playground
Enjoy entertainment, gourmet food trucks, a wine-and-beer garden, and lots of free activities for youth. Interactive and hands-on activities for children ages 3-12 include making an instrument, playing a drum, meeting a musician, and the renowned conducting clinic with Maestro Carl St. Clair.

7:00 pm / Pacific Symphony
It's a must-do summer tradition - an outdoor concert extravaganza led by Maestro Carl St. Clair.

Reserved tables are available for $100. All proceeds to benefit the Mission Viejo Friends of the Arts. Course #5398 (Registration starts June 1).

Be a Volunteer!

If you have a passion for fun and a penchant for giving back, consider volunteering during the City’s annual Symphony in the Cities and Prelude in the Park event. 

Volunteers are sought to fill an array of roles – including assisting with the conducting clinic – and will work from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Volunteers must be at least 15 years old.)
