Mission Viejo auto dealerships planning renovations
Volvo Mission Viejo and Land Rover Jaguar are planning to renovate their auto dealerships in town.
GSM Auto Group will invest more than $2 million to remodel the showroom of the 2-year-old Volvo Mission Viejo auto dealership at 28730 Marguerite Parkway. Thee proposed improvements include a new, updated building façade and color scheme, with landscaping upgrades and parking lot and sidewalk improvements.
The Land Rover Jaguar auto dealership that has operated at 28701 Marguerite Parkway for more than a decade is planning to renovate its 37,000-square-foot auto sales and service facility next year. The proposed improvements include a new building façade, permeable pavers, decorative hardscape as well as landscaping and lighting upgrades.
