Adaptive Equipment & Tech Day
Learn about the positive benefits of using adaptive equipment like walkers and canes as tools to lead a more independent and safe lifestyle in this free program at 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 2. Looking for relief from an enlarged prostate without medication or major surgery? Celebrate Valentine’s Day by giving the gift of love in a jar. This hand-painted and uniquely decorated mason jar is a clever way of capturing this special day.  Fill it with goodies for that someone special in your life.  This fun class is at 10 a.m. on February 10.  Cost is a $10 material fee payable to the instructor. Sweetheart Lunch
Bring your Valentine or meet someone new at this sweetheart lunch at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 14.  Hosted by AgeWell Senior Services, this delectable lunch features great entertainment by James Well. Wii Games
If you want to bowl sans the heavy ball, then mark your calendar for 10 a.m. on February 16 to enjoy some fun, free Wii games.  We’ll bowl, play tennis, ping pong and other games.  No experience is necessary to play these interactive games.  Bring your friends for some healthy competition.

Senior Biography Day
If you are interested in participating in a fun experience, sign up to receive a personal biography on Wednesday, February 22 written by Ladera Ranch Middle School students.  You will return to the school on Wednesday, April 26 at 9:30 a.m. for brunch and the presentation.  Don’t miss this great opportunity to share your life story and wisdom with the younger generation. More Than Just Acid Reflux
