Registration available for spring lifeguard classes
Registration is now available for the City of Mission Viejo’s spring lifeguard classes at the Montanoso Recreation Center, 25800 Montanoso Drive.
The classes teach the skills and knowledge necessary to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies in a pool setting. Participants will receive American Red Cross certification in lifeguard training, first aid and CPR/AED for the professional rescuer. The training is valid for two years.
The training provides a great opportunity for teens, college students and others interested in a rewarding summer job. Cost is $150. Register online at https://econnect.cityofmissionviejo.org by referencing the desired course number listed below.
