See’s for Soldier’s Program underway

marines with sees candies boxes

The Kiwanis Club of Mission Viejo is supporting our adopted troops with candy this holiday season through the annual “See’s for Soldier’s Program."

Club members, working with the City's Marine Adoption Committee, are selling See's candy from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in front of the Pavilions stores at Oso/Marguerite parkways and on Antonio Parkway December 15-17 and December 20-23.

The Kiwanis Club has sold See’s as its major fundraiser for nearly three decades. All profits are returned to the community through the club’s various programs, especially involving youth.

You can purchase candy for family and friends as well as have a one-pound box shipped to Marines based at Camp Pendleton. In the last seven years, Kiwanis has shipped 3,620 boxes to the Marines.

More information, call Warren Esterline at 949-364-0672.
