If you served our country any time from 1975 to the present day, we want YOU for the Wars of Freedom Veterans event in March.

This nostalgic day filled with music, gifts and patriotic moments begins at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 24 at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center.

The event includes a “Welcome Home Heroes” reception at 11 a.m. followed by a catered lunch, program and performance by the Marine Corps Band at 2 p.m.

Hosted by the Veterans Tribute Committee, City and Mission Viejo Community Foundation, this event is designed to pay homage to the men and women who served our country between 1975 to the present day. This special event follows past City recognitions of veterans who served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam.

Registration, which is reserved for Wars of Freedom veterans and four guests, is available by calling 949-470-3062.
