The public map submission period closed on Sunday, January 9, 2022. Below are the district proposals submitted to the City of Mission Viejo in its 2022 Districting effort. The files posted include individual proposal packets, additional documentation and aggregated proposal information

The City will host a District Mapping Workshop from 6-7:30 pm on December 16 in the City Council Chamber at 200 Civic Center. 

This instructional workshop will show residents how Census data is used to create district maps. As always, the City encourages residents to participate in the process.

The City will host a community districting workshop at 10 am on Saturday, October 30 in the City Council Chamber at 200 Civic Center. 

The workshop will help residents understand the reason for transitioning to the district-based elections and what criteria is considered when drawing districts.
