Eagle Scout project benefits, beautifies our environment

Jake Merrill is a young man on a mission. He’s determined to obtain the prestigious boy scouting rank of Eagle. Jake is now one step closer to his goal after completing a planting project near the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center.

On the slope area near the center, Jake of Boy Scout Troop# 795 and 35 faithful volunteers recently planted 600 one-gallon drought-tolerant plants.

The project has helped to beautify the area, and the City is grateful for his efforts. For more information, call 949-470-3085.
