Here’s the City’s Official Political Sign Policy
With election season underway, the City of Mission Viejo is reminding the public of its official ordinance relating to political signs.
Municipal Code Section 9.29.315 Temporary Signs states that “Temporary signs shall not be posted more than thirty days before the event to which they relate, except for political signs expressing a message relating to an election, and shall be removed within three days after said event or election.”
Thank you for posting the ordinance relating to political signs, but would you please post a link for the voters to review the legal briefs for the Quo Warranto lawsuit that is removing Council Members Sachs, Bucknum and Raths from office.
It would also be helpful to post the Judge's Order that all five districts go out for vote in November 2022.
Having this important information available will allow the public to come to their own conclusions instead of being forced fed the "official" narrative that the lawsuits were all about partisan politics, and not about the council changing the rules after the voters voted.
