Free Film of Character Sunday, March 17

flipped movie

Spend your Sunday afternoon watching a free screening of the movie “Flipped” at Mission Viejo City Hall.

Part of the popular Films of Character program, the movie starts at 1:15 pm in the Council Chamber at 200 Civic Center.

Starring Callan McAuliffe, Madeline Carroll, Rebecca DeMornay  and others, the film tells the story of two eighth graders who start to have feelings for each other, despite being total opposites. The 2010 film is entertaining and relatable with its realistic portrayal of teenagers.

As an incentive to youth 18 and younger, the Mission Viejo Community of Character Committee will offer a $25 gift card to a teen who signs in before the film and stays until the random drawing after the movie and discussion ends.
