Learn about rose garden design on Monday, April 9

If you have a passion for all things roses, then make plans for the Rose Society of Saddleback Mountain’s next meeting on Monday, April 9.

Featuring professional garden designer David Bassani, the public meeting is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Santa Margarita Water District, 26111 Antonio Parkway. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

David of Bassani Greenscapes will offer practical insights on rose garden design including lighting, companion plants and watering.  

In his free time, David is a consulting rosarian, horticulture judge, president of the Beverly Hills Rose Society and an instructor of "Romancing the Rose" at UCLA Extension.
