Lord of the Strings presents popular musical duo March 12
Acoustic Eidolon, a popular musical duo with Joe Scott on double-neck “guitjo” and Hannah Alkire on cello, will perform in Mission Viejo on March 12 as part of the Lord of the Strings Concert Series.
Since joining forces in 1998, Hannah and Joe have embarked on a musical journey that has produced scores of wonderful concerts and excellent recordings. Whether Acoustic Eidolon is playing material fused with folk, Celtic, Latin or bluegrass influences, the sound is intoxicating and accessible. The duo’s music was featured on National Public Radio’s “All Things Considered” as well as countless other television and radio stations around the country.
The concert starts at 7 pm at the Mission Viejo Civic Center, 200 Civic Center. Tickets are $40 and are available at the door or by calling 949-842-2227.
