AYSO
AYSO region 84 is gearing up for its 2023 spring soccer season. Registration opens November 15 for the season that kicks off late February. For the 5U-8U divisions, players will enjoy beautiful City fields while competing against friends and neighbors. Mission Viejo Flag Football – Powered by Matt Leinart Football League
Powered by Matt Leinart Football League, this Mission Viejo Flag Football league is for kids in grades K-8. With an emphasis on community fun, the league is for boys and girls of all skill levels and promotes a competitive, confidence-building non-contact football experience. North Mission Viejo Little League

South Mission Viejo Little League
Little League believes in the power of youth baseball and softball to teach life lessons that build stronger individuals and communities. Since 1968, South Mission Viejo Little League has been committed to this mission and is open to children ages 4-18. The league is committed to providing a positive influence in the lives of players and their families by promoting fair play, confidence, a diligent work ethic, camaraderie, and a lasting love for the game of baseball. Spring registration is now open with an early discount until October 31. Tryouts take place early January with practices starting later that month. Games start in late-February. Spirit League
Baseball for Special Needs: The 2023 Spirit League Baseball Season is for athletes ages 6-22 with developmental disabilities. Games take place on Saturdays January 29 to April 1 at the Oso Viejo fields. Online registration takes place November 1-30 at spiritleague.org. Registration is expected to reach capacity again this season.
Viejo Little League
