‘Out Boo’ your neighborhood during second annual Halloween and Fall Home Decorating Contest

Mission Viejo residents are invited to “Out Boo” their neighborhoods with spooky Halloween décor or create a pumpkin and fall harvest designs for the second annual Mission Viejo Halloween and Fall Home Decorating Contest.

Embrace the spirit of the season and compete for forever bragging rights. First-place winners will receive a certificate, winner sign for their front yard, an 8 x 10 photo and a gift basket.

Homes must be decorated, and entries received by 5 pm on Friday, October 7. Preliminary judging takes place October 9-10, with final review on October 12. Winners will be announced on October 14.

There is no cost to enter this fun contest. Categories include Best Theme, Most Creative, Scariest, Pumpkin-Tastic, and Best Special effects.
