Application Procedure

Applicants are required to apply on-line directly by visiting the City's website at https://cityofmissionviejo.org.  Applications and any accompanying materials, must be filled out completely and must show that the minimum qualifications are met.  Resumes and cover letters will not be accepted in lieu of a completed City application for review of minimum qualifications.  Complete one application per vacant position.  Completed on-line applications must be received no later than 3:00 p.

The Human Resources Division is a division within the Administrative Services Department. The Human Resources Division provides centralized human resources functions, including recruitment, classification, compensation and benefit administration, training, employee relations, employee recognition, promotion of the City's Core Values, and maintenance of employee records.

Coming from the South

  1. Take I-5 North, exit La Paz
  2. Turn right and continue on La Paz to Marguerite Pkwy
  3. Turn right at Marguerite Pkwy and take first right (Civic Center)
  4. City Hall is located on the corner of La Paz and Marguerite Pkwy
  5. Park at your convenience. City Hall address is 200 Civic Center
