Public Works

Mission Viejo residents and businesses can destroy their sensitive documents during the free drive-through Document Shredding event on Saturday, March 23.

Hosted by Waste Management and the City Public Works Department, the event is from 9 to 11 am (or until truck capacity is reached) in the Mission Viejo City Hall parking lot at 200 Civic Center.

Identity theft is one of the fastest-growing crimes in the nation, and shredding documents with personal or financial information can be an effective measure of prevention.
