Join Dr. Emily Anderson, curator for the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles, for a presentation on Japanese-American internment during World War II. Dr. Anderson will discuss the historical context that led to the incarceration of more than 120,000 Japanese Americans from 1942-1945. She will also share stories of how the removal directly affected the residents and cultural landscape of Orange County.

This activity is funded by the California Civil Liberties Public Education Program.
