History Lecture: Japanese-American Experience During World War II
Join Dr. Emily Anderson, curator for the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles, for a presentation on Japanese-American internment during World War II. Dr. Anderson will discuss the historical context that led to the incarceration of more than 120,000 Japanese Americans from 1942-1945. She will also share stories of how the removal directly affected the residents and cultural landscape of Orange County.
