Encourage movement and mindfulness while practicing yoga on the lawn with your little one. All abilities welcome. Please bring a mat or a towel.
Yoga instructor Gina Velez, The Yogina, will demonstrate poses that caregivers and toddlers can do together, explore movement through storytelling, and demonstrate activities for social-emotional learning.
