Puerta Real Target 
The new smaller Target is expected to open on November 11 in the Puerta Real Shopping Center on the corner of Crown Valley Parkway and Puerta Real. This is one of the first smaller-format Targets to open in Orange County, opening alongside a new store in Anaheim and a recent Irvine opening. This new style Target focuses primarily on ease and convenience. This location used to house Sports Chalet.  An exterior center renovation coincides with the new store’s opening. 

GreenStreet Center 
The new commercial retail plaza is opening soon next to the new Hampton Inn & Suites on Marguerite Parkway. The GreenStreet Center will include a variety of restaurants and retail services along with a full-service auto spa. Some of the tenants secured so far include Burgerim restaurant, King Shabu Shabu Japanese restaurant, Seville Classics home organization and GreenStreet Auto Spa. GreenStreet is set to open before the end of the year.

Skin Laundry
New skincare company Skin Laundry is coming to the Shops at Mission Viejo. Skin Laundry is known for its facial technique using medical-grade laser technology and has performed more than 500,000 laser facials at various locations across the world. Treatments include laser and light facials that use a combination of technology to help clean skin. The company also has released a variety of moisturizers, creams and exfoliators. Originally based in Santa Monica, this company now has locations in California, Arizona, Florida, New York, Illinois, Hong Kong and the UK. Construction is currently underway for Skin Laundry’s latest location in Mission Viejo.

On Tuesday, November 13, South OC Entrepreneurs Academy is hosting a free business workshop in partnership with SCORE. This workshop is from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Rancho Santa Margarita Bell Tower Community Center at 22232 El Paseo. This interactive planning workshop will help business owners create a strategic plan to increase sales by focusing on how to target, position and organize their businesses. SCORE is a national nonprofit organization focused on helping small businesses across the country by offering tools, workshops, online courses and mentoring opportunities. What is the status of the shopping center at La Paz & Marguerite ?
