MEDICARE OPEN ENROLLMENT
The Council on Aging HICAP Program will provide one-on-one personal counseling by trained volunteers from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, November 16 to help seniors in choosing their health plan for the 2017 Medicare Open Enrollment. Appointments are required and available by calling 949-470-3062.

FACTS (Facilitating Appropriate Care Today Seamlessly) is a new lecture series presented by Mission Heritage Medical Group that is focused on patient education and identifying red flag signs for serious health issues that require immediate medical attention versus health concerns that can be more appropriately addressed by an urgent care physician. This month’s open forum will cover signs and symptoms of a heart attack with a Q&A session after the lecture. The free program is at 1 p.m. on Thursday, November 16.
