City seeking fitness instructors to lead fun, invigorating classes

If you're a fitness professional looking for an exciting new adventure, we want YOU!

The City of Mission Viejo is seeking energetic certified fitness and aqua aerobics instructors to lead an array of classes at its recreation centers such as Aqua Aerobics, boot camp, yoga and more.

Aquatic fitness professionals should be certified through the AEA Aquatic Fitness Professional Certification (AFPC) based on the Aquatic Fitness Professional Manual or through American Sports & Fitness Association (ASFA).
 
Fitness Instructors can be certified through American Sports & Fitness Association (ASFA) or Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). The City offers more than 40 fitness classes ranging from Hatha Yoga and Jazzercise to Zumba and Boot Camp.

Instructors should also have current certifications in CPR, First Aid and AED.  View the instructor application or email fitness@cityofmissionviejo.org for more information.
