Deputy Cislo is Mission Viejo Police Services' 2016 Employee of the Year
Deputy Joseph Cislo, a 10-year veteran of the Orange County Sheriff's Department, has been named Mission Viejo Police Services' Employee of the Year.
This deputy's strong work ethic and commitment to the City has earned him the respect of peers, supervisors and community members.
Assigned to the City of Mission Viejo since 2012, Deputy Cislo is a proven leader who trains new deputies as a Field Training Officer (FTO). He was also selected to be a member of the City's Special Enforcement Team and Sheriff's S.W.A.T. team.
"Joe's work ethic, knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty are a few of the reasons he has been chosen as Mission Viejo Police Services' Employee of the Year," said Chief of Police Services Lt. Ken Binning.
Deputy Cislo will be honored for his work by the City Council on January 24.
