Don’t miss next Teen Survival Guide May 20

A teenage mentoring program that teaches local youth about avoiding bullying and other social trends takes place Saturday, May 20 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the City Hall Saddleback Room at 200 Civic Center.

The “Teen Survival Guide” is designed to equip 8th grade students with knowledge and tools for surviving high school and overcoming life’s challenges. The program is led by the Mission Viejo Community of Character Committee.

The interactive presentation will develop and encourage confidence and empowerment in youth while helping them to avoid bullies, peer pressure, social isolation, stress and substance abuse.

Refreshments will be provided. For more information, contact Jason Yi at jtyimail5@gmail.com.
