Free health screenings available at Oso Fit Community Health Fair Feb. 25
The City and Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce are gearing up for the Oso Fit Community Health Fair at 7:30 am on Saturday, February 25 at the Norman P. Murray Community Center.
Designed to benefit the community – and part of the Oso Fit 5K Fun Run – the free Health Fair features more than 60 health and wellness organizations displaying their healthy programs and products and offering giveaways and handouts.
A wide variety of health screenings will be available including blood pressure, glucose, pulmonary function (lung function), EKG (heart rhythm), grip strength, body mass index, and much more.
The Community Health Fair is free to attend regardless of one’s participation in the Oso Fit races.
