Grammy award-winning guitarist performs in Mission Viejo April 29
The community is invited to an unforgettable evening with Grammy award-winning guitarist Laurence Juber when he performs a special Lord of the Strings concert in Mission Viejo on Saturday, April 29.
The concert begins at 7 pm in the City Hall Council Chamber at 200 Civic Center.
Juber was first recognized internationally as the lead guitarist in Paul McCartney’s “Wings,” with whom he won a Grammy. Since then, he has established himself as a world-renowned guitar virtuoso. As a studio musician, he can be heard on recordings from diverse artists like Harry Styles, Dan Hicks & The Hot Licks, Seal and the French chanteuse Sylvie Vartin. He has also been featured on soundtracks to popular TV shows such as “Home Improvement” and the Ken Burns documentary “The Tenth Inning,” as well as movies including Academy Award-winning “Dirty Dancing,” “Good Will Hunting,” and “Pocahontas.”
