Have fun and give back on Mission Viejo’s Community of Character Committee

Do you have a passion for giving back?  Consider joining Mission Viejo’s Community of Character Committee – designed to provide opportunities for youth and adults to promote good character in our City.

Throughout this month, committee members are demonstrating the character quality of “caring” by fundraising for Relay For Life and adopting two teenage boys from Family Assistance Ministries’ Adopt-a-Family program.

Our City’s character qualities are represented every month through fun activities and outreach projects. Committee membership gives people the chance to serve and volunteer in a fun and rewarding way.

Youth members are at least 14 years old.  Meetings held at 5:30 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of the month at City Hall. To learn more and get involved, contact vsullivan@cityofmissionviejo.org.
