MIND BOOSTER SERIES BY ALZHEIMER’S FAMILY CENTER
MIND BOOSTER is a research-based series that provides a proactive approach to understanding the causes and risk factors of memory loss. Classes focus on maintaining skills; slowing progression; using memory tools; understanding super foods, exercise and stress management; and legal and financial guidance. ATX CARDIAC MEDICAL LIFESTYLE
ATX Cardiac is a program to promote health and stress management. The program will help improve respiratory function and circulation, increase balance, build strength and muscle tone and is a preventative measure for cardiovascular disease. The one-hour program is at 10:30 a.m. on September 15, 22 and September 29. Cost is a

U.S. HISTORY OF THE LATE 19TH CENTURY
Enjoy an in-depth study of the most important events of U.S. history from the end of the Civil War to the end of the 19th Century. HOSPICE 101
A panel of experts from Silverado Hospice will lead a discussion about what hospice is and the options available to meet each individual’s unique needs as well as the benefits of planning ahead for the entire family. FALL PREVENTION TIPS
