MIND BOOSTER is a research-based series that provides a proactive approach to understanding the causes and risk factors of memory loss. Classes focus on maintaining skills; slowing progression; using memory tools; understanding super foods, exercise and stress management; and legal and financial guidance. ATX CARDIAC MEDICAL LIFESTYLE
ATX Cardiac is a program to promote health and stress management. The program will help improve respiratory function and circulation, increase balance, build strength and muscle tone and is a preventative measure for cardiovascular disease.
