Informative workshop for caregivers for children with special needs this Saturday

The City's Diversity Inclusion Task Force is hosting a "Caregiver for Children with Special Needs" program this Saturday, October 22 at the Norman P. Murray Center.

The class begins at 9 am at 24932 Veterans Way.

This two-hour workshop teaches caregivers of special need children how to reduce burnout through self-care. Topics include managing stress, building a support system, adding self-care to your daily routine, and time management. 

Registration is free and limited spots are available, so register online now.
