Investigators seeking suspect, property in Mission Viejo residential burglary

Orange County Sheriff’s Department investigators are looking for a suspect who burglarized a home in the 27000 block of Pueblonuevo Drive, making off with more than $6,700 in valuables.

Deputies at about 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 3 responded to reports of a home burglary to find a shattered back door and a ransacked home.

Among the stolen items were a Rolex watch, several pieces of jewelry, including a ring with diamonds and pearls valued at $5,000, and a black floor safe.

Investigators are looking to locate the items and return them to the victims. Photos of several reported stolen items are attached.
