Kung Fu Panda 2 is August’s Free Film of Character

If you are looking for a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon and beat the heat, then make plans for the screening of “Kung Fu Panda 2” on Sunday, August 20 at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center.

The event, which begins at 2 pm, is sponsored by the City’s Community of Character Committee and coincides with August’s character trait of “self- control.”

This adorable movie tells the story of the funny and loveable warrior panda Po. Voiced by Jack Black, Po learns more about self-control, patience and bravery in this cute family-friendly film. This screening is the perfect way to end the summer before kicking off a new school year!

The Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center is located at 24932 Veterans Way. For more information, call 949-830-7100.
