New high-end grocery store, Raising Cane's eatery expected to open February 2022

The new high-end, full-service grocery store off Crown Valley Parkway at Medical Center Road is nearly complete. In the same site, foundation work is underway for a new 3,400-square-foot drive-through Raising Cane's eatery that specializes in crispy chicken fingers. 

Because of a non-disclosure agreement with the future grocery store, developer Burnham USA can't release the name of the grocery store tenant. Burnham USA renovated and expanded the 33,000-square-foot building that used to house an OfficeMax and completed all exterior site improvements for the grocery store. Interior tenant improvements are underway. The developer says the grocery store and Raising Cane's are expected to open in February 2022.
