New Target ‘flex’ store planned for Puerta Real Shopping Center
A new Target flex store plans to open in the space that used to house Sports Chalet in the Puerta Real Shopping Center.
The Target, one of many opening across the country, is a small-format store designed to deliver a shopping experience that focuses on ease and convenience. It’s expected to open by November or December. The new store is part of the shopping center’s exterior renovation that includes an attractive new color scheme and other design elements.
In other business news, Doughnut District recently opened in the spot that used to house the Pink Ribbon Donut store at 28601 Marguerite Parkway. Along with traditional donuts, the Doughnut District serves up some nontraditional tastes – like the unicorn and fruity-pebble doughnuts. The shop also sells ice cream-filled doughnuts. Yum!
