New York Times bestselling author Tim Dorsey to appear in Mission Viejo Feb. 28
Bestselling author Tim Dorsey will talk about his 20th laugh-riot thriller "Clownfish Blues" during the next Writers Present program at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28.
In "Clownfish Blues," a storm is brewing for a cabal of bad guys gaming the Florida state lottery in this insanely funny novel from Dorsey, who is known as the maestro of mayhem.
"If you haven't already - and if not, why not? - met Serge A. Storms, Florida's most rabid history fan and more cheerful serial killer, now is the time," says the novel's starred Booklist review.
Dorsey is a former editor and reporter who has immersed his own experiences from researching and touring Florida into his popular publications. He has published 19 of his novels in several languages.
Sponsored by the Friends of the Mission Viejo Library and Mysterious Galaxy Bookstore, the Writers Present program begins at 7 p.m. and includes a question-and-answer period and book signing. A special VIP Meet & Greet Reception with Dorsey will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for the reception are $31 and include a hardcover edition of the book, attendance for two, priority book signing and light appetizers.
