People passionate about older adults sought for Senior Leadership Committee
The City is seeking applicants interested in serving on the Senior Leadership Committee DBA Friends of the Murray Center.
Meetings are held the first Thursday of the month from 1 to 2 pm at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center. Meetings are open to the public.
Committee members serve the community via events, activities, services, and programming that impacts the lives of older adults. Committee volunteer opportunities vary and are generated by Committee ideas, which could include City event booths, a newcomers’ program, annual jewelry sale, concierge assistance and City volunteer projects.
Folks passionate about enriching senior services in Mission Viejo are encouraged to attend an upcoming meeting.
