With the countdown underway until California’s June 5 primary election, the Orange County Registrar of Voters is recruiting hundreds of poll workers throughout the county to work on Election Day.

Orange County residents are sought to serve as inspectors and clerks from 6 a.m. to around 9:30 p.m. that day. To participate, you must be registered to vote in the state of California or a legal permanent resident.

Poll workers earn paid stipends of $160 for inspectors and $120 for clerks. Bilingual skills in Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, Farsi (Persian) and Tagalog are a plus.
