ATX CARDIAC MEDICAL LIFESTYLE PROGRAM
ATX Cardiac is a program to promote health and stress management. ATX Cardiac will improve respiratory function and circulation, increase balance, build strength and muscle tone and is a preventative measure for cardiovascular disease. The 1-hour program takes place at 10:30 a.m. October 13, 20 and 27 and November 2.

SENIOR EMPOWERMENT GROUP
This free education and support group is for people 50 and older who feel they have experienced abuse including verbal, financial, psychological or physical. U.S. HISTORY OF THE LATE 19TH CENTURY
This free class provides an in-depth study of the most important events in U.S. history from the end of the Civil War to the end of the 19th century.
