Mission Viejo Flag Football – Powered by Matt Leinart Football League
Powered by Matt Leinart Football League, this Mission Viejo Flag Football league is for kids in grades K-8 and takes place Friday evenings from 5 to 9 pm March to May. For spring 2025, the league will waive league fees for the first 40 girls per division (16 for the PreK/K division). To register, visit MLFlagMV.com.
AYSO 84

North Mission Viejo Little League

Spirit League
Baseball for Special Needs: The 2025 Spirit League Baseball Season is for athletes ages 66-22 with developmental disabilities. Games are played on Saturdays starting January 25 at the Oso Viejo Fields. Online registration is available online at spiritleague.org.
