Registration for sports league catering to special needs athletes begins Feb. 1

Online registration for the Spirit League 2020 Baseball Season kicks off on February 1.

Celebrating its 15th Anniversary, Spirit League is a safe place for children and young adults with special needs to play team sports in a positive, self-esteem building environment. The league offers three sports per year for athletes ages 6-22 with autism and other developmental disabilities. The goals for families are to strengthen relationships, provide support and develop community.

Games begin April 11 at the Oso Fields near Newhart Middle School. Registration is available at spiritleague.org through Feb. 29. For more information, call 714-417-9553.
