Renovation proposed for Los Alisos Village

The City’s Planning and Transportation Commission early next year will consider a developer’s proposal to revamp the aging Los Alisos Village commercial center on Los Alisos Boulevard at Trabuco Road.

The proposed plan calls for renovating and expanding the existing center by 1,312 square feet. The commercial center, which was built in 1978, currently houses Taco Mesa, Baskin Robbins, All Star Pizza and Auto Zone.

The proposed renovation includes a new building façade, architectural tower elements, more patio areas and new tenant signage throughout the shopping center.  The Los Alisos Village renovation project also includes new decorative lighting, updated landscaping and more parking.

The Planning and Transportation Commission normally meets at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber on the second Monday of the month. For more information, visit https://cityofmissionviejo.org.
