See 'A Dog's Purpose' and meet our therapy dog April 28
The public is invited to enjoy the heartwarming feature film "A Dog's Purpose" at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 28 at Mission Viejo City Hall.
Highlighting Mission Viejo's character quality of service, "A Dog's Purpose" is based on the bestselling novel of the same name. The movie shares the soulful and delightful story of a devoted dog who finds the meaning of his own existence through the lives of the humans he loves and serves.
Following the screening, Mission Viejo Library's reading therapy dog Roxy will take center stage with her trainer. Guests will also have an opportunity to share examples of positive influences pets have had on their lives.
The film will be shown on a theater-size screen with theater-style seating and surround-sound at 200 Civic Center Drive.
