Don’t miss Oso Creek Golf Course’s inaugural Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 17 at Terrace on the Green. This inaugural spring event includes two seatings at 10 am and 12:30 pm.
Live entertainment will include an Easter egg hunt for children under 12, balloon artist, face painting and live music by jazz artist Steve Dudek.
The grand buffet includes a chef-manned omelette station with eggs prepared your way or a build-your-own omelette option; farm fresh scrambled eggs; sausage links and applewood smoked bacon; herbed breakfast potatoes with peppers and onions; silver dollar pancakes with maple syrup and blueberry butter; sliced spring fruits; house-baked croissants; warm cinnamon rolls; an assortment of Danish pastries and muffins; a bagel board with house-cured gravlax and accoutrements; chef-manned carving station with apricot and herb-glazed ham and roasted ribeye with garlic; and roasted spring vegetables mélange. The buffet also features a salad station; sweet potato mash with toasted marshmallows; cold spring pasta salad; an assortment of artisan desserts; and more!
Cost is $59.95 for adults and $30.95 for children under 12. Tax and gratuity will be added.
