The Nadadores and City of Mission Viejo have partnered together to kick off Water Safety Month at the Marguerite Aquatics Complex on Sunday, April 28 at 27474 Casta Del Sol.

The “Splash into Summer” community event is from noon to 3 pm with an hour designated at 11 am for the City’s SNAP (Special Needs Adaptive Programming) initiative. SNAP is designed to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to partake in adaptive programs and experience the mental, physical, emotional and social aspects of sports and recreation. SNAP participants will enjoy modified activities, fun sensory activities, and water play.

In addition, families will enjoy recreational swim activities including free swim lessons for kids aged 3 and older, water and lawn inflatables, water-safety scavenger hunt for kids, music, face painting, and an all-around fun afternoon!
