Spring Soiree May 18 will feature Olympic gold medalists

Community members are invited to a special Spring Soiree featuring two Olympic gold medalists Thursday, May 18 at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club.

Supporting the Mission Viejo Nadadores Foundation, this fundraising event includes a VIP reception on the patio at 6 p.m. followed by dinner and a live auction. Olympic Gold medalist Janet Evans will talk about her storybook swimming career and upcoming Olympic games during the program led by Mayor Wendy Bucknum and Mission Viejo’s own Olympic gold medalist Councilman Brian Goodell.

Cost for the VIP tickets and dinner is $250 per person or $450 per couple. Dinner tickets are $150 per person and $250 per couple.

Proceeds from the event will support the renovation of the Marguerite Aquatics Complex.
