Sweet kitty that had tough start at life needs a loving home

dots

Dots is the sweetest, most lovable 4-month-old kitten you will ever meet, which is incredible because he had a rough start at life.

He was brought to the shelter when he was 2 months old and tested negative for FELV and FIV but was positive for Panleukopenia. Panleuk is the equivalent of parvovirus for cats, and it's believed Dots may have had it in utero. In most cases, Panleuk is fatal for kittens, but somehow this little guy survived. Unfortunately though, Dots runs the risk of shedding the virus in his stool, so he should not live with any other cats. Dogs and people cannot contract the virus, so he could easily live with any family as the only cat. He will live a long, healthy life and is one of the lucky few who was stronger than the virus.
