With the local election season underway in just a few short months, the Registrar of Voters is offering residents a unique educational program all about elections.

The Registrar of Voters is now accepting applications for the 2018 session of the Orange County Election Academy, a free program designed to teach participants about elections in Orange County. This one-of-a-kind program, which starts March 28, is open to anyone and is particularly beneficial to folks interested in voting, running for office and the elections process in general.

The program takes place at the Registrar of Voters’ Santa Ana office at 1300 South Grand Avenue. The curriculum encompasses all election management functions including candidate filing, campaign finance, ballot creation, election security, communications and more.
